When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of being ordered. You will receive tracking details of your order once it has shipped.

What are the available delivery options?

Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

What if my package is lost?

Once an order has been shipped, we rely on the tracking information provided by the carrier as proof of delivery. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered to the address you provided at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for the order.

If you believe your package is missing despite showing as delivered, we recommend taking the following steps:

Check nearby – Verify with neighbours, household members, or your building management to see if the package was received on your behalf.

Contact the shipping carrier – They may have additional delivery details or be able to assist with filing a claim if the package was lost or misdelivered.

Report theft – If you suspect your package was stolen, consider filing a police report or check with insurance or shipping carrier claims.

Choose a secure delivery location – For future orders, we recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Contact us – While we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’re happy to assist you with information to help you file a claim with the carrier.
